Yes! This thread is about Misty's mallet. Who doesn't love her using it?
She always pulls it out of thin air and then hits it against something.

I watched this episode in Japanese when Brock and James both falling in love with a ghost which is a Gastley. She hit it hard and it looked like Gastley was split in half.

Hmm. I don't really remember Misty hitting the Gastly with a hammer, but I do remember Jessie blowing a hole in the Gastly maiden with a bazooka...and Misty scaring off the Gastly with a cross, a garlic, and a hammer.
I do know she viciously attacked both Ash and Brock in The School of Hard Knocks with logs...only the Ash attack remains.

Any back to the mallet. I wonder when Misty is going to use it again. She hasn't used it for a while.

She'll probably use it when she comes back and Ash leads them into a forest full of bug pokemon. Maybe she'll use it on Brock next time.

possibly but what I am concerned about is when Misty's next appearance in the TV show will be but at this time nothing has been said which is always bad news. Although, the lure she gave Ash appeared recently so this could be a good sign or, it could mean nothing. It has been a long time since the mallet appeared, the last time I remember it was way back in the third episode.

Well I've heard a rumor that she will be coming back. And she will come back as Gary has already appeared in the show. I just hope the mallet is with her.

Those kinds of rumors are out there which shows there is demand for Misty to return or at least appear again for a few episodes but of those two, I prefer the former as I feel it has been long enough. But I don't know if the mallet will be seen again considering the Misty has calmed down quite a bit since the early days.
