How many Pokemon manga are there anyways?

What the thread asks. There seems be a lot of different types of Pokemon manga.

I know that there are at least 3.

-The Electric Tale of Pikachu
-Pokemon Adventures (I think this is the one where Misty gets all dressed up)

And another one where Ash starts out with a crude Clefairy that never made it to the US nor had a Misty appearance.

Anything else?

The only one I've seen in stores is pokemon adventures but I'm pretty sure there's a lot more.

there is more than just Pokemon Adventures but some of it is hard to find and others never made it to the US in the first place.

I have not been able to find any of the Pokemon manga at all but it could be because of the area I live in. There are no stores that carry manga or at least, specialize in it.

LOl, I''m surprised that there are so many, here in the UK, I've only heard about the electric tale of pikachu... I didn't know that pokemon had so many manga series...

Pokemon does have a large manga series and has for many years but I have not read any of them before though.

Well, same here... I didn't read ANY of them, although I've seen some drawings from the electric tale of pikachu... when Ash gets to the same jacuzzi with Misty... xD

I saw that picture from The Electric Tale Of Pikachu but have never read the manga nor any of the Pokemon manga either.

I haven't seen the Electric tale of pikachu in the stores. The only ones I've seen are the pokemon adventures. I flipped through them in the store, and I kind of want to buy them.

I really don't think that manga has any influence on the anime? I mean, manga is like an additional kinda thing, isn't it? And I know that James and Jessie get married in the manga but then again refrences from manga shouldn't be taken seriousuly...

In regards to Mangas, the only one I have definitely read was the Pokemon Special one involving Red and Misty.

I can tell you that there is Zensho, Special, the Riolu one, Electric tale, Magical Journey, among others.

As for Electric tale, all I can say is that Ono's incarnation of Misty was my least favorite incarnation of the character. I mean, she looked and acted too much like a "Love Hina" character for my tastes (ESPECIALLY in the Japanese Uncut). I mean, she got bored of fishing, she acted even more immature in the manga, and she was seen n*** at least once (in the Eevee bros. adaptation), and given the wrong chest size.

I mean, I might understand her being a brunette (actually, thats the only pokemon continuity that had Misty as a brunette instead of a redhead.), but the rest doesn't.

lol... wrong breast size? Brunette? seen n***? I missed out on something then :3 lol call me what you want but I'm starting to like this idea XDDD

ok ok just joking... but wouldn't it be nice for Misty to get crazy sometimes, in a good way of course? Like a mad party at her gym with Ash being to honourable guest? I know that manga compomises some mad ideas, my favourite one would always be when Ash and Misty bathed in a jacuzzi XDDD

The think with Ash and Misty in a hot tub I can understand and that is correct, the manga has had all kinds of weird things going on in it but this all depends on which version you read since there are several in existence today.
