This is something I have been working on for a while but its its not 100% finished yet, more like 90% or so. I also have this to note, I did everything in this EXCEPT for the desktop wallpapers so credit for those goes to the original artists which are listed on the images themselves. No problem, there is a Windows XP version of this theme in the works too which should be ready very soon. The reason why I did two is because the Vista version takes advantage of some stuff on Windows Vista ONLY such as newer fonts and it does not work well on XP. Also, the XP version has the My Network Places icon customized too which took a while since I had to make a new icon for it.
