Here's a good one from The March of the Exceggcutor Squad:

Melvin: You're a kind person, aren't you?
Misty: Well no, not especially.
Melvin: And such a beautiful girl.

I like to include that third line because it's the truth. ;D

A typical Misty inspirational speech
Misty: Wait, I've got it! Melvin, you can wake all of the Exceggcutor at the same time with your fire magic trick!
Melvin: But all I ever do is make a mess of things. I can't do it.
Misty: But Melvin, you have to try! You said it was your dream to be a magician. You've got to wake all of the Exceggcutor for their sake and for yours.
Melvin: I know I can't do it.
Misty: You can do it! Just look at Ash's Charmander. If that little Pokemon worked that hard, then you have to at least try!

Note how she encourages Melvin by appealing to his hopes and dreams, and when that didn't work, she unblinkingly challenges him by describing the efforts of the Charmander. Is it any wonder that this is one of the best Misty episodes? ;D

that is a good one and I would have to say a true statement. There is another episode that should be on that list too and that one would be "Where For Art Thou Pokemon" Misty plays a huge role in that episode by bringing together two trainers who's Nidoran are in love with each other by convincing them that the feelings of their Pokemon are far more important than any feud no matter how long it has been going on.

I remember that one and you quoted it word for word too, way to go! But that true Misty has said so many quotable things so far so we have not yet scratched the surface so to speak.
