Admins have all moderator powers.
Alternatively if they don't on this board, then just go to the admin cp and select 'delete profile'.

Well you see, that's exacly the point- admins here can't delete those profiles in that way, they have privileges that allow them to delete posts, modify boards, create ranks* and so on but they can't delete profiles. :/

Admins don't have the power to edit posts (other than their own), delete profiles (other than their own), or do quite a bit of board related stuff. Its kind of just a title really, but despite its limitations this is quite a significant thing.
