It turns out what I said before about Cartoon Network airing the Orange Island episodes again was true. Reruns of season 2 will resume on May 27th at 6:30 AM eastern which would be 3:30 AM pacific for those on the west coast with satellite TV. I wish these reruns would be in the afternoon rather than the morning but then again I would not bother trying to understand Cartoon Network as they seem to be very messed up when it comes to some things.

Heh. I'm not a big fan of the Orange Islands Episode since most of them don't have a very good portrayal of Misty, but I guess some Misty episodes are better than none.

True, I liked the Orange Islands though despite the fact that Misty was shoved into the background but some are better than none I will agree with that. It looks like this will continue on into Johto as well but I am not sure how far it is going to go as Cartoon Network has always been very flaky in terms of Pokemon reruns.

I just got some rather bad news, once again Cartoon Network flip flopped on reruns and will be skipping the rest of Johto League Champions to move ahead to the last 20 episodes or so of Master Quest which means we will only be able to see reruns of episodes which had Misty on the main cast for just one week so watch them while you can.

Well, as much as I would have liked to watch the Orange Islands saga, I couldn't due to the fact that we're still on boycott. I'm pretty sure that there will be several people who will bring Misty back after watching my complete video.
Speaking of which, apparantly, the reason Brock was removed from the Main cast during this saga was because they were paranoid about him being viewed as a racist character in america (he was the only main character in the anime who looked Japanese) (they also created Tracey as a safeguard just in case.) the only reason why they brought him back is because they realized that they didn't care about stereotypes and they liked Brock.
Ironically, they failed to take into account that, several years later, when they removed Misty to make "Eye candy" females, they ignored the fact that they were doing sexist things, and thus will get themselves into trouble with the Misty fanbase 6 years later and counting.). The writers even admitted that the reason for replacing Misty was for "eye candy" purposes. I personally am angered by this, since it disrespects women.
Well, anyways, I can't watch the anime (aside from boxed sets and movies that I have already bought, and since I don't have the boxed sets of OI or Johto (well besides the season 4 set I got from ebay, but I don't even know if it was a Legit copy.), I'm afraid I can't watch OI or even Master quest.
I'm going to keep hope on Misty returning, and boycotting seems to be the answer. the guy interviewed isn't even the director of the show, so I'm not going to take him seriously when it comes to future events (Believe me, even IF he had said that Misty would have returned, I still would have been suspicious and non-believing. And the only way I'll believe him in regards to it is if he leaks out a clip with Misty among the main group, as well as a sideshow with Misty among the cast.). I'm sorry if I can't watch the OI, but as a Misty fan trying to bring her back, it is my duty to not watch any live broadcasts of Pokemon on tv, nor buy any Pokemon related merchandise.

The last episode that featured Misty as a member of the main cast will air tomorrow and I will do everything I can to be up at that time even though I might cry my eyes out . After this is Advanced Generation and that I will refuse to watch meaning more sleep for me and I also have the first two season 1 box sets along with every single Misty centered episode on my computer. Cartoon Network is doing this because they never aired these episodes before and they are being called "new" episodes for that reason but this proves once again that they are flaky with reruns and should be aired on a more reliable channel like Boomerang for example rather than be on the internet exclusively which causes problems if your connection speed is below 5 MB/s or possibly 1.5 MB/s even.

Wait... I thought Cartoon Network aired the Kanto, OI, Johto, Hoenn, and BF episodes during that Marathon on June 2nd-3rd when the 10th season was about to air about... almost a year ago? I mean, I worked so hard on sitting through and watching ALL of the Johto episodes that aired on those 2 days (and I only missed a significant portion of "Don't touch that 'dile" because we ran behind schedule trying to find some books for summer reading (it was a verry busy time that day.).) just to prove Misty did several things in that season, as well as how Johto wasn't all that bad.
Also, I neglected to mention that, even IF I wasn't on boycott, I simply can't watch them since we removed ourselves from cable (we didn't want to see all of those trash shows/commercials [you know the ones I mean] that came with the package, and we have to wait until at least september until we can ultimately decide when to do this.)

They did and Cartoon Network has been airing Kanto, Orange Islands, and Johto episodes off and on since that time. I just avoid shows that I don't want to see and have satellite TV with about 600 channels. I too get TV from a roof top antenna as the local channels from Portland Oregon which is about 65 miles south of me are not available for some odd reason but this is secondary not primary and even then there are shows like the ones you disconnected from cable to avoid on late at night but not as bad as broadcast TV must follow FCC rules for content unlike cable and satellite TV.
