Obsession with Misty?

same here I was actually on a Pokemon chat and saw some Misty bashing from some non-supporters that is one thing that makes me mad especially considering some of the things that were said.

I was mocked on another message board when I posted the Top 10 Kanto Misty episodes because of all of the positive qualities I listed. But I didn't really care.

there are Misty haters out there and it looks like there might have been some on that message board if they mocked you because of those positive statements but Misty has her personality quirks just like any other anime character or real person for that matter. But on the other hand I have seen a couple boards that have Misty fan clubs and I am a member of those boards and not only that also the Misty fan clubs on those boards too!

Yeah. The first message board I went to had a Misty Lovers Club. At first it was dedicated to Misty, but it soon became entwined in with message board politics. It made for some interesting history, though.

it was the same thing with the one on the Serebii forums it was shut down and later restarted because of ownership rule changes but the club is back now.

There is a group on Facebook called "Misty from Pokemon is HOT"...but Misty is much more than hot...

I have an account on both Serebii and Bulbagarden and I am a member of the Misty club on both forums! If there are Misty fan groups on Facebook I might want to take a look at that and I might end up joining there too.

I don't have a Facebook account but could get one I understand that it is different from Myspace and I want to stay away from there as much as possible.

Yeah. Myspace sucks. Facebook is more secure, although it's getting to be a little bit more like MySpace with its new applications. But others are prevented from seeing your profile by default.

good to hear I will have to take a look at it a bit more almost everyone I know is on Myspace though despite the fact that it is insecure, just look at the tech news headlines almost every week a new flaw and exploit is discovered.

I am so obsessed with Misty it's crazy. I am also obsessed with water.

it is good to see a new member I was afraid these forums were going to die very soon. I am a bit on the obsessed side too but not quite as much though.

I love water too. I play as Sheena in Tales of Symphonia, and Undine is my favorite summon spirit. I've summoned her almost twice as much as the other summon spirits. ;D

I have never played Tales of Symphonia but have friends who have played the game and they seem to like it. You are not alone, I also like water swimming is one of my favorite summer time activities and in the Pokemon games I have tried to collect as many water types as possible. Not only that I have been fishing quite a few times there is a river that runs near the town I live in which is renowned all over the area by anglers.
